MsTeri Communications

IT and Business Transformation & Strategy Services

Who We Are:
At MsTeri, we like to think we are unique. Lots of people say that, of course, but we truly believe it, and we have over 30 years of experience in the intersection of business and information technology to prove it.

We have done many things over the years, helped many clients, both public and private, with many successes and some failures (As to be expected when you're playing around with new information technologies. We thought WordPress had seen its day. It was going to be a MEAN stack world. Boy, we missed that one. WordPress is now back from the dead.).

Our Philosophy:
We believe in helping an organization find the right solution, not the lemmings' solution.

To that end, MsTeri has moved on from old school eCommerce, web hosting, SEO/SEM, Software Development, and ERP/CRM to try to help our clients with their Business-Information Technology strategy. We see that as encompassing Enterprise Architecture, Digital Transformation, Practical AI, and the overarching Project-Program Management over these types of initiatives.

Our Expertise:
Generative & Predictive AI / Digital Transformation / AWS-Cloud / Enterprise Architecture / Salesforce / WordPress.

This Brave New World

Questions we are now wrestling with our clients...

Is AI the new paradigm or will it be a fleeting solution a la Client Server in the late 1990's / early 2000? We see a lot of similarities behind the current rush to AI as we did regarding ERP applications back in the day. Oracle, Peoplesoft, SAP et al were all embraced based upon the belief that ERP would provide efficiencies (retiring legacy accounting systems) and improve effectiveness through empowering business users to work smarter and make more informed decisions. Sound familiar?

What about Digital Transformation? Well, we got involved back when it was called 'automations' We believe that in time, all these AI self-built pilots will disappear and just like Accounting, Finance, and Customer Management, we will be subsumed by the big platforms.

We also see Cloud first, then SaaS, then custom code within a VPC, and then last, customer applications running On Prem.

We see most technology shops transitioning to being business analysts, architects-strategists, and program-vendor managers.

We last see a world where No Code/Low Code takes center stage. We call this 'platforming' and we see Salesforce, Qualtrics, ServiceNow, WordPress, and others becoming the primary way that most individuals and non-technology organizations interact with information technology.
